I’m writing this recommendation to inform you of the good work Peter Dacko performed on our two properties located east of US 1 in Dania Beach.

To begin Peter provided a proposal to market which gave us a baseline in terms of pricing in our properties. This was instrumental in allowing us to make a good decision.

Within less than 2 weeks Peter brought us two offers - both of which were all cash and had no inspection periods. In addition Peter was able to shift the risk from us the seller to the buyer with regards to an open roof permit.

In closing the properties closed without incident and I highly recommend Peter’s services as he exceeded my expectations.
